Santa Fe TradFest is welcoming vendors for the 2024 festival, selling handmade folk arts or music related items that fit with the festival's multicultural atmosphere. This is an indoor vending opportunity with limited space available. Submit your application below to be contacted with more information.

Vendor Guidelines

• Vendors can begin set up between 10am-4:30pm on Friday, August 23, and must be set up by 9am on Saturday, August 24. 

• Vendors receive day passes for days they are vending. Vendors are asked to pay for days when you are not vending, and tickets are available online or at the box office on site.

• Vendors are able to unload inside the festival grounds, outside of the lodge, but must move their cars to general parking after you've unloaded. Regular shuttles are available to and from the parking lots.

• Vendor teardown occurs during four time slots: Friday, August 23 at 9pm; Saturday, August 24 at 5:30pm, Saturday August 24 at 9pm, or Sunday, August 25 at 12pm.
